STAGING
Light staging of the primary areas of your home is included in a standard listing, but our approach depends on if you are living there or if the home is vacant. For lived-in staging, we partner with you to give you some decluttering assignments. We don't want you to have to buy home decor items just for listing your home, so we can bring in artwork, fake plants, pillows, fluffy towels, and things that will help to depersonalize the property and help it show well. We will come in for a few hours a few days before photos and the morning of photos to use your items and our items to get things set up to show the property in it's best light. See below for some before/after photos of our work on lived in spaces (we won't throw away your things, so we will ask you to remove items if needed).
