REALTOR®
KATHLEEN JASINSKAS
Kathleen (she/her) loves working in real estate because it satisfies her desire for challenging, constantly changing projects, brings wonderful people into her life, and connects her to new parts of the Triangle community. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice from The Juilliard School, and a Master of Music in Opera at Binghamton University in upstate New York. After ten years working as a freelance opera singer in and around New York City, she moved to Chapel Hill in 2014, looking for a slightly slower-paced lifestyle, more open space, and a great food and music scene. What started as a “maybe I'll stay a few years” quickly morphed into “this is definitely my home", and she has never looked back.
Kathleen lives in Chapel Hill with her partner, Charlie, their two children, Owen and Isobel, and two geriatric pets (one dog and one cat). Owen is a kindergartner in CHCCS, and Isobel is a baby who is busy trying to keep up with her big brother!
In addition to her work in real estate, Kathleen is the owner and creative director of Skylark Music School, which offers music lessons to students from ages 6 months to 60+ years. She can also be seen singing at Duke Chapel, North Carolina Opera, and other Triangle arts venues. In their limited spare time, Kathleen’s family can be found checking out new restaurants; she and Charlie honeymooned in Thailand and are always down for authentic Southeast Asian food.
Kathleen loves connecting people with their ideal home in Triangle; there is so much variety here! When it’s time to make a move and list your property, she will take point on organizing all the details, maximize your home’s potential with her creative eye and market-based pricing strategy, and reduce your stress as much as possible in the process!
