Kelly (she/her) brings not only her interest in houses and land, but her skill with numbers, her love of people, and her curiosity and competitive nature to the table to help you have the best chance of a positive outcome when buying or selling real estate in the Triangle area of North Carolina. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University in 2002, Kelly spent over six years as a public school art teacher in Wake County. This where she first began acquiring her knowledge of the Triangle area while getting lost on her way to staff development meetings at various area schools. Kelly moved from Raleigh to Chapel Hill in 2008 to attend the full-time MBA program at UNC Kenan Flagler business school. After graduation, she relocated to Atlanta to work at the UPS corporate headquarters, eventually finding her way back to the Triangle area with a field marketing position that covered Georgia and the Carolinas. When her husband's company asked them to relocate back to the Triangle, the answer was a resounding "Yes!" from Kelly because she missed living in this area so much. After seven years at UPS, Kelly changed course to residential real estate and hasn't looked back! 

Kelly lives in Chapel Hill with her husband Jon and their two children David and Clara who attend middle and elementary schools in Chapel Hill. When not doing "real estate things" you can normally find her at a pool watching a swim practice or meet. Kelly and her husband met on the swim team at Case Western, and hanging around area pools is definitely a family passion. She is also obsessed with Power Zone training on the Peloton and enjoys CrossFit. Yes...Kelly still knows how to swim all of the strokes but only tests that theory out occasionally when guilted by her children who swim much more often than she does these days. Her husband swims regularly but wouldn't dare guilt her! 

Kelly enjoys the marketing and preparation for listing a home. She can help you take a clear-eyed look at your situation and position your property in it's best light in the local market. She also loves orienting people to the area and helping them figure out where they would like to live. She's efficient, direct, and enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them achieve their goals. She has helped her clients buy or sell over 75 homes in the Triangle area of NC and would love to help you next!
