CARLA SARTOR
Carla's (she/her) love for Real Estate is in her blood, growing up the daughter and granddaughter of realtors, she was surrounded by the business from a young age. This, combined with a strong nesting instinct, prompted her to become a real estate broker.
She experienced multiple moves during her childhood in South Africa and made her first intercontinental move at 19 to study in Oxford, where she obtained her Montessori diploma in early years and worked as a deputy supervisor and teacher at a school in Oxford for many years. After her 3 children were born she worked as a Personal Assistant to the pastor of her church. She also started and ran her own home baking business from 2013 until her move to the US .In 2015 she made another intercontinental move to the United States when her husband was offered a job here.
Carla lives in Chapel Hill with her husband Gian who've been together for over 20 years and her 3 children, who attend middle and high schools in Chapel Hill and her beagle/corgi mix Juniper. When she’s not working Carla loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, hiking, traveling, riding her Pelaton and tending her vegetable garden.
Through her experiences of multiple moves she understands both the joys and the tribulations that may arise from the process of buying or selling a home, and all that comes with moving. She believes her role comes down to understanding the needs and wants of each individual client and giving them the best tools and information to sell or buy their home. Carla is thorough, responsive with a keen eye for details and a market based strategy for helping you price your home competitively, she is dedicated to helping you with your next home sale or purchase.
